These were not your regular-size strips of sweet, cinnamon-sugar rolled dough. Double Smashed Tenderloin Burger I wanted to keep the dessert light, so I chose a dish that always manages to make me happy, churros. ![]() It was a creamy match made in heaven for me! My dinner companion on the other hand, opted for a classic double smashed tenderloin burger. Plated with a baby spinach risotto, the John Dory was grilled with house-made crumbles such as pistachio, dry olives, sun-dried tomatoes, dill and seasoning that adds a nice and went perfectly with the spinach risotto. The seafood at Ditas is a big hit and the John Dory dish proves my point. Coated in a creamy, light and delicious creamy garlic mayo, these and the skewers would make for a great binge for a regular day! Rock Shrimp Tempura Pistachio-Crusted John Dory For our main course, I opted for the pistachio-crusted John Dory. The rock shrimp tempura was another highlight. Rated with a chef’s recommendation, the chicken is as tender as it gets, marinated with some of the most delicious seasonings. Morrocan Chicken Skewers The skewers were my personal favourite. Tossed in garlic flakes, charred lime and chilli flakes, the prawns had a sweet and sour flavour palate that was quite an interesting bite. A light-hearted menu Bubbling Burnt Butter Prawns For our first course, we opted for a selection of small plates, Morrocan chicken skewers, bubbling burnt butter prawns and rock shrimp tempura. A tequila-based cocktail, it was prepared with coriander stem, fresh pineapple juice, jalapeno, jalapeno brine, lime juice, and sugar syrup, garnished with coriander leaf, salt and sumac rim. El Patron I started with a very unique coriander-flavoured cocktail called El Patron. Breezy cocktails Inspired by different regions of Europe and created by one of the premier mixologists of the country, the bar menu features signature cocktails representing Udita & Utsav’s travels, embodying what they love about each city and its history. With Moroccan blue tiles, as a callback to their Delhi interiors, and electric mid-century furniture, the Soho living room style seating places you in a luxurious high-end lounge. The onyx stone counter and their kitchen setup only add to their food-centric energy. ![]() Starting with a long-running patio with wicker and cane chairs, and patterned tiles which bring to life a cafe vibe, leading up to the main space where you can marvel at their state-of-the-art bar with a high mirrored arch display.
